Reputation? What's that?

I noticed everybody on here has a "reputation" on here. What the heck is that for? It seems like it is just zero for everybody no matter what anybody has done. (Except maybe Trisha, who has -2 for some random reason. lol) Long story short, I'm just wondering how reputation is supposed to work, because I don't even know if it's good or bad.

see the plus or minus to the right of your post? If it is a usefull post i would hit the plus for a reputation point for you, If it was useless and spammy i would hit the minus for negative point. just to show who is active and helpful, mostly just for the staff to see. feel free to rep up those you see being usefull.
